Catherine Spear brings 25 years of national, regional and local professional experience in the non-profit sector, as campaign counsel, trainer and consultant in nonprofit organizational development, and an executive director. Her Organizational Development work has included, Organizational Assessments, Development Audits, Board Development, Strategic Planning, Annual Campaigns, Capital Campaigns, Campaign Readiness and Board And Executive Coaching.

Professionally, she has served as an instructor in the Nonprofit Management Program for the University of California, Irvine, on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Orange County and the co-chair of National Philanthropy Day 2015 and 2016.  She has held the credential for a Certified Fund Raising Executive in good standing since 1998.
