I wanted to express my appreciation and that of the Board of Directors for all you have done for the organization... With your guidance, we developed a strategic plan, new job descriptions and policies resulting in a leaner, more involved and functional Board. You encouraged us to be more creative and initiate a “New Giving Campaign” with a new development committee..and your participation in the interviewing process helped us in the selection of a very professional Director of Development…With your help, we are a very different organization from two years ago.
